Getting There
The agility arena is located in the north-east of Brimhaven in Karamja. It costs 200gp to enter.

Introduction
This is a great way of training your agility. You must go around the courses' obstacles tagging the highlighted ticket dispensers in a time limit of around 30 seconds. You must create a chain of at least two consecutive tags before you get tickets. Aswell as the small amount of agility experience gained from traversing the obstacles, you can also get experience with your tickets (explained later).

The green light means you have a chain and can receive tickets.
The red light means you have not yet started a chain.

The Arena

The entrance and exit is at the north-east corner. There are lots of different obstacles you must complete. Some of them make you fall off. If this happens, you should climb up on the rope.

Tips
Damage
When you receive damage from falling or failing an obstacle, you always receive approximately 10% of your remaining hitpoints. You should always keep you health between about 10 and 20, that way you will be able to survive much longer.
What to Bring
Bring as little as possible. You may want to bring a teleport just in-case you get into trouble, and if you have them, wear Boots of Lightness, as you will want to run as much as possible, so you can get to the dispensers quickly. Remember to bring 200gp to enter. Fill the rest of your inventory with food. I suggest you bring cakes as they only heal 4 at a time, this keeps your health low so that you don't take more damage than you need to, and you get 12hp from each cake, which is quite good.
What Level Should you Use the Arena at?
I suggest you wait untill your at least level 40, as otherwise you will have to take longer routes as you won't be able to do all the obstacles. However if your level is quite low (below about 45), you should consider taking some agility potions so that agility doesn't fall below 40 from the darts.
