well its been a successful few month, i made myself as well as my loggers filthy rich =) best logger went from being dirt poor to more money than i!
anyways to all of you prospective businessmen and women out there heres a few tips:
Dont be greedy! i got about 20 - 5 gold profit per item i sold, the workers do the work not you thus they deserve the money - i paid 230 per yew and sold for 250
keep accurate records, this is vital to every business that wants to be successful
Get dedicated workers and fire the lazy ones, this also being a good thing, need to make an example out of someone 
Give rewards!! dont just say it, do it!!!
and lastly, most of the people on this list still work, however i trained most of them into the business feild so dont try to rip them off, the prices i pay them were negotiated and points = 10 gold each, sorta as a delayed pay thing
