  1. pure ess is for members’ use, to make the higher level runes such as cosmic, chaos, nature, law, death etc.

  2. if you are on a member’s server, you can mine it as usual, from the regular teleports to the rune ess place, only you will mine ‘pure ess’. f2p will only be able to mine ‘regular ess’
